Deliveries

Delivery takes, as a general rule, between 2 and 4 working days. In any case, you will receive an email with the shipment confirmation and tracking number.

The delivery time may vary depending on the products in stock in our warehouses or in transit.  We always indicate the range of dates that the product will be delivered to your address. On some occasions, it is possible that packages belonging to the same order may be delivered on different days.

Of course, the couriers will send an email notifying the date of delivery.

Continental USA

Delivery takes, as a general rule, between 2 and 4 working days for peninsular shipments, and between 2 and 5 working days in the case of Alaska, Hawaii and Overseas Territories (an email will be notified when each package of the order leaves the warehouse).

Mexico

In general, delivery will take between 5 and 8 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on the products in stock in our warehouses or in transit.  We always indicate the range of dates that the product will be delivered to your address.

Latin America (except Brazil)

Delivery Options

 

USA

In general, deliveries throughout Latin America will be carried out by courier services and/or certified mail with tracking number for your convenience.  

The delivery time may vary depending on the products in stock in our warehouses or in transit.  We always indicate the range of dates that the product will be delivered to your address. 

Delivery services will be sending you an email confirming the date of delivery to the address indicated at the time of purchase.

In the shipping confirmation document, we provide you with a package number that you can use to track your order:

Modify or cancel my order

We process orders as quickly as possible so that you can receive them as soon as possible, therefore, once we have sent you the confirmation of your order, it will no longer be possible to make any changes. If you have selected the option of payment by credit card, Paypal or payment after receipt of the goods, unfortunately you will no longer be able to modify your order.

Order cancellations are possible in certain cases, as long as we have not sent you your order confirmation. If you have not yet received it, please contact our Customer Service Department. 

If the items have already been shipped and paid for, we will reimburse you as soon as we receive your order back.

Status of my order

As soon as your items have left our warehouse, we will send you an email indicating the number of packages shipped and the reference number of each package.

Minimum Orders

Shipping to the peninsula is free for orders over $49.00 For orders between $29.00 and $49.00 shipping costs are $3.99. Orders under $29.00 have a shipping cost of $4.99

Our packages are shipped with a maximum total weight of 60 lbs. Orders exceeding 31 lbs. will be shipped in two or more packages. Depending on the value and weight of your order, an additional fee of $3.99 per package will be charged starting from the 2nd package (60 lbs). The total amount of the shipping costs will be indicated once you log in to your account or when you indicate your delivery address at the time of validating your order. The minimum order amount is $15.00

Returns and exchanges

If you have received an incorrect, defective or incomplete order, you can contact iNetPet's Customer Service Department; we will need your invoice number, the product reference and the reason for your dissatisfaction in order to process your request as soon as possible.

It is possible that the packages in your shipment may arrive on different days, so please check that you have received all the items we confirmed. If you have done so and the shipment is incomplete, please contact us.

Making a return

Do you want to return an item? You can return products purchased from iNetPet within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

To do so, please contact our Customer Service Department.

We will need you to provide us with your order number and the code of the item you wish to return.

The Customer Service Department will let you know if they will pick up the package or if you have to send it to our nearest warehouse. 

Return costs

It is possible to return all items purchased on iNetPet that are not to your liking or that have been ordered incorrectly, if you pay the return shipping costs. Only in the case of incorrect or defective items, iNetPet assumes the return shipping costs. 

Please contact our Customer Service Department to make a return. 

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the sales contract will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days. If you have paid by bank transfer, we need your bank details, including SWIFT (or BIC) and IBAN code. 

If you have paid by credit card or via Paypal, you do not need to provide us with your bank details.




Right to Desist

After the completion of an online sale, the user has the right of withdrawal, which iNetPet will subsequently inform you about in accordance with the legal model. If you have any questions about cancellations, you can contact iNetPet's Customer Service Department.

Instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal



Right of withdrawal

As a customer of iNetPet, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period shall expire 14 days after you or an authorized third party, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the last of such goods. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Rua Hermano Neves, 18 Lisboa 1600-477 Portugal) support@inetpet.com), your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). 

You also have the option of completing and sending electronically the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement through our website. If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such withdrawal.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to inform us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to refund such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
